You a seasoned line cook, or perhaps someone just beginning their cooking journey, who has the basic skills and knowledge of what it takes to work on a line with a team, following Tailwind recipes and standards.
We operate a full service coffee and smoothie shop, full service bar, a full service Grab-n-Go line as well as a full sit down dining experience.
Providing quality food in a fun, upbeat atmosphere exceeding customers’ needs and expectations helping us achieve our goal of providing friendly service and top-quality offerings to enhance the traveler experience in your airport.
Applicants need to be 18+ years of age, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* Review and understand all kitchen and health codes.
* Review and understand knife and slicer safety procedures.
* Daily prep of all menu items.
* Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation is done.
* Label & rotate all food.
* Preparing food to Tailwind specifications and standards
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Communicate clearly with co-workers and management
*Cook Qualifications/Skills:*
* *Must be able to pass a Federal background check to receive an airport badge.
*
* Must be 18 years of age or older, must have reliable transportation.
* 1+ years of previous experience as a cook
