Key Responsibilities: Participate in technology development to establish state-of-the-art product performance, manufacturability, and customer value.
Apply control theory and HVAC application engineering to design and implement software and hardware solutions.
Evaluate control sequences in products to align with customer requirements.
Research, select, and confirm components, systems, and protocols.
Develop and refine controls sequences for components, subsystems, and complete HVAC systems.
Contribute to the development of flexible and scalable software solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks early in project schedules.
Participate in design review and problem resolution activities.
Mentor new engineers and stay updated with industry trends through conferences and seminars.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Software, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
