Think is looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated individual to manage the data warehouse and act as database architect and business intelligence engineer.

As a Business Intelligence Administrator, you will orchestrate and maintain the backbone of Think’s reporting infrastructure.
You will work closely within the Finance area, and across the company, to provide timely and accurate data.
Your curious nature and knowledge of database concepts will be utilized to maintain and enhance Think’s existing reporting capabilities.
You will also have the opportunity to directly impact company initiatives through creation of complex reports and acting as a key resource in a wide array of projects.
Beyond the day-to-day, you will also work towards consistently improving Think’s database architecture and educating staff at all levels on data available to meet and measure key objectives.
In addition, you’ll work closely with Think’s technology team and external vendors to insure efficient timing of business critical upgrades and incorporate additional data streams to enhance company analysis.
Additional job responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain daily jobs and processes to ensure data is available in the database, and accessible in the jhaKnow and Cognos reporting portals
Create and streamline processes needed for third party data integration, reporting, and ensure the needed metrics are available for analysis.
Design and create required tables and processes needed for data deliverables using database concepts (PowerShell)
Translate business requirements into databases, data processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy, accessibility and ensure business needs are met
Create and maintain functional user documentation for business continuity purposes
Integrate new data and continually evaluate processes for automation and streamlining
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Intelligence
5 years’ data related experience
3 years’ experience working with relational databases
Experience with PowerShell required, including:
Experience with PowerShell ISE, MS Visual Studio, or VSCode helpful.
(Or other IDE of choice)
Knowledge of basic concepts used in source control software such as GIT, Team Foundation Server, or CVS helpful
Familiarity with PowerShell modules and libraries for managing Windows environments and database connectivity
Experience with SQL/SSIS and Cognos Business Intelligence Framework Manager preferred
