Seeking A Playful And Montessori-Minded Nanny (Part-Time | Mornings) (Rochester, MN)

We are a family of three looking for a Montessori-minded nanny in Rochester, MN, for our active 22-month-old.
As first-time parents, we prioritize a child-led approach and value independence.
The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, communicative, and embraces a play-based approach.
Responsibilities: - Full-charge childcare + cleaning up after the child - Play-based education - Foster a warm environment Qualifications: - Proficient in English - 2+ years of professional childcare/nanny experience - CPR/First Aid certified - Aligned with Montessori philosophy - Undergo background checks - COVID-19 vaccinated (Required) - Non-smoker Schedule: Part-time, M-F 8 am-12 pm, 20 hrs/week guaranteed.
Pets: · 2 cats (no cat responsibilities, but must be comfortable around them).
Compensation: $15-$18/hr DOE.
Start Date: December 11th or ASAP.
