Paralegal

Patton, Hoversten & Berg, PA is seeking full-time qualified candidates for an estate planning and general practice paralegal to primarily work in our Owatonna office.
Practice areas include family law, personal injury and workers compensation, as well as litigation in probate and trust administration matters.
Paralegals are primarily tasked with researching, drafting, and e-filing relevant documents at the direction of their supervising attorney.
Paralegals will assist clients as needed and are also responsible for scheduling and managing the attorney's calendar.
Ideal candidates should have: * 5 years of experience although willing to train the right person.
* Strong writing and research skills; * Familiarity with LexisNexis, traditional web search databases such as Google, and MS Office Suite; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; and * Excellent communication skills both interoffice and professionally.
