*Duties* - Meet with clients - Draft probate and estate planning documents - Appear in probate court *Requirements* - Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in Minnesota - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently - Proficiency in legal drafting and writing PREFERRED: - 2+ years of experience with probate and trust administration Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to $95,000.
