The Rochester office of Meshbesher & Spence seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with 2+ years current experience.
Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of personal injury litigation including, auto, premise, and product liability.
No-Fault experience would be a plus.
This position requires the ability to handle a case from discovery through trial, if necessary.
Successful Candidates will have the following characteristics:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and have great attention to detail
- Efficient with Microsoft Office applications and case management software
- Works well independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Maintains a professional attitude.
Duties may include, but not be limited to:
- Preparing and filing court documents
- Organizing, updating and archiving documents and related notes into electronic case management system.
- Acting as Liaison among all required parties including courts, and other organization for scheduling and information sharing.
