We have a flexible and paperless office with access to the latest resources and technology.
Primarily remote work is possible, but applicants must be located within 90 minutes of Rochester, Minnesota and have the ability to travel to Southeast Minnesota, including Rochester and Winona multiple times per month.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in civil cases, with an emphasis on employment matters.
· Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
· Propound and respond to written discovery
· Take and defend oral depositions
· Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis to support clients’ cases
· Attend court hearings and trials, and present arguments to judges and juries
Requirements:
· JD from an accredited law school
· Admission to the Minnesota Bar within 90 days
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Preferred:
· Current admission to Minnesota Bar
· At least 2 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary from $75,000 to $125,000 depending on amount and type of experience.
