ASSOCIATE PARALEGAL - LITIGATION - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The person in this position:
Will be accountable for the timely and accurate completion of complex and technical paralegal tasks in support of corporate attorneys with litigation practices.
Assist in case management, information and document gathering, responding to subpoenas and requests for information, legal document drafting and filing, performing legal research, fact investigation and witness interviews, keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes, and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
An Associates (2 year) degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies, or 5 years' equivalent in legal work experience.
Demonstrated strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated initiative, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Demonstrated proficiency in Windows environment to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree.
Litigation paralegal experience.
