Compensation:
$42,000 - $48,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as needed
Prepare estate planning documents through the law firm's established systems
Identify missing information and proactively seek it out from clients
Assist attorneys in maintaining excellent file organization
Compile and enter all data into the client database
Utilize the law firm's file management system
Maintain exceptional client service for all law firm clients
Qualifications:
Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education
ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired
Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
Must have the ability to work remotely
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
