Mental Health Therapist

*Overview* Althing, a clinical service provider of innovative, proactive health services, is seeking Mental Health Therapists (full-time) to provide in-person and virtual health engagements and therapy services as part of an adolescent Assess-Intervene-Refer program with school districts in Minnesota as well as in-clinic services at the Althing Clinic location.
The position collaborates with other Althing providers during a student health event and provides in-person and virtual interventions as well as referrals to treatment, if needed.
Requirements/Skills/Qualifications * Experience in the fields of youth mental health and substance use disorders * Familiarity with SBIRT services for adolescents and adults * No history of malpractice or disciplinary actions * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Comfort evaluating assessment results and provide appropriate interventions as well as referrals to treatment, if needed * Flexible work schedule with availability M-F 8am-5pm as well as occasional Saturdays * Ability to travel within MN * Must be prepared to engage adolescents with moderate to severe depression and/or substance use disorders * Previous telemedicine experience is a plus * Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field * Current with all state licensing requirements, including LPCC, LICSW and LMFT Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.
