*Job description:*
As a caregiver Samaritan Bethany, you will:
* Assist residents with medications, treatments and care based on their resident-directed care plan
* Document services provided in electronic medical record
* Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor
* Guides and directs work of Caregivers (CNAs) and Homemakers during assigned shift
*Requirements:*
Must have a MN LPN License and be in good standing
