We are seeking a Full-time or Part-time Outpatient Therapist/Psychotherapistto join our growing team! As a Therapist you'll work with a team of professionals to help provide clients with a comprehensive and integrative plan.
You will provide direct and indirect clinical services to adults, children and families on a one-on-one and/or group setting.
Clinical trainees are welcomed to apply.
Responsibilities
Assess client and family mental health needs by completing evaluations, psychological testing and determining needs.
Develop integrated treatment plan which include setting goals, expectations, and services that are agreed upon.
Coordinate and make referrals for needed services.
Perform individual, group, family, and couples therapy.
Complete timely clinical reports and case notes for each client.
Provide education and in-service training to community caregivers.
Conduct psychological testing if licensed.
Provide crisis intervention as needed for assigned cases.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree Counseling, Psychology or Social Work
Independent professional licensure in the State of MN (LP, LPCC, or LICSW)
Two years’ experience working in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting preferred.
Clinical trainees need to meet the qualifications for Minnesota Statute Definition for Mental Health Practitioner

Starting wage $59,155 to $85,000 dependent on licensure and experience.
