Bi grad looking for room (Rochester MN)

Recent grad full time remote looking to rent a room.
As of now renting an apt but it’s kinda hurting my budget paying off the student loans and such.
Pretty much looking for a more affordable rent sorta why I’m ok sharing rooms and such.
I’m age 26 bi male, recent grad 2023 full time .
Looking for a place that has a garage or a place to park my car, besides that pretty minimalistic here.
