Day to Day:
Hold a daily morning meeting with your team for effective communication and coordination.
Conduct face-to-face visits to homes, introducing our company and showcasing our products or services.
Ability to stand and walk outdoors for an extended period.
Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of canvassers to drive a result.
Requirements and Skills:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with an approved driving record.
Results-driven mindset with a hunger for success.
Possessing the capacity to uphold a professional and positive demeanor.
Complete a paid basic management course.
Our Canvass Managers enjoy:
Lucrative earning potential-
Guaranteed base rate of $55,000/annually.
Uncapped daily bonus opportunities.
Additional monthly bonus opportunities.
Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually.
Top performers earn over $100,000+ annually.

Experience & Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
Previous experience in leadership or management is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
