Position Title: Marketing Manager
Description:
In the marketing manager role, you will be responsible for the marketing efforts for Mosaic Motors.
Your primary duties will be to coordinate the marketing efforts for the Mosaic automotive brands.
Working with Mosaic leadership you will be responsible for marketing sales incentives, offers and branding messages from multiple automotive manufactures.
Working with third party advertisers you will be responsible for relaying those marketing messages to traditional and digital media providers.
Traditional media includes: television, radio and print.
Digital media includes: social media advertising, paid search marketing, email campaigns, blogs, and website management.
All creative from traditional and digital media providers will need to be reviewed, updated as necessary and approved once it meets the automotive manufacture and Mosaic standards.
You will also be responsible for video production efforts.
You will arrange, assemble, and process dozens of recorded and stock video clips into a seamless whole.
You will work closely with the Mosaic leadership to ensure alignment with project goals.
It is critical that you adhere to established guidelines to effectively convey the Mosaic message.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by producing dynamic, entertaining, and audience-appropriate videos to expand market reach and increase viewer engagement.
Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Work with Mosaic leadership to coordinate monthly marketing efforts for multiple automotive manufacturers.
Design and implement marketing strategies to create awareness of the Mosaic brand.
Work with third party traditional and digital media providers.
Control budgets and allocate resources to marketing providers.
Review, update and approve creative provided by third party traditional and digital media providers.
Maintain a constant social media presence.
Film vehicle inventory, employees, and associated content to brand Mosaic Motors.
Ability to storyboard and share the creative vision with managers and employees.
Physical ability to set up, move and hold recording equipment for long periods.
Must be proficient in the use of DSLR cameras, boom mics, body mics, setting up and taking down lighting.
Edits videos to targeted length and specifications for traditional media and social media channels.
Handles and organizes raw and edited video files.
Exports videos and facilitates traditional, mobile and web distribution.
Shoots video and produces content as necessary and must have the ability to take initiative.
Explores different versions and directions of the creative process.
Proper sound editing techniques for traditional media and social media channels.
Ability to incorporate appropriate music and sound effects into the production process.
Adjusts formats and file sizes as needed for distribution.
Take still photographs of employees, vehicle inventory and company events.
Leadership skills and ability to communicate clearly.
Marketing Manager Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of marketing management experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required.
Minimum 2 years of filming, video editing and post-production experience.
Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, Lightroom).
Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles.
Creative and innovative with a sharp attention to detail.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film or related field.
Travel may be required and occasionally working on weekends.
Must have people skills to work with employees and direct them through the filming process.
Photography experience is a plus but not required.
