The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, salary position that provides support to the market center staff and agents.

The Marketing Coordinator must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent’s needs in a timely manner.

*Qualifications:*
* Real estate or relative industry experience is helpful
* Background in customer service-oriented position
* Great organizational, multitasking, presentation and speaking skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective listening skills
* Ability to plan events and manage calendar
* Ability to create marketing campaigns and advertise events using multiple media outlets
* Experience with CRM systems, capable of learning a new database system
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher
* Technology skills relating to office equipment, and ability to learn new technologies
Job Responsibilities:
* Own the new agent onboarding and follow up, complete intake checklist
* Provide daily and weekly reporting of agent onboarding and retention
* Manage the calendar of training events
* Event coordination and management
* Create relative marketing collaterals
* Market events through multiple avenues
* Manage and maintain market center contacts and reminders in CRM
* Manage retention campaigns to current agent roster
* Weekly agent ‘Touches’- calls/ cards
* Train Agents in using KW tools & technology
* Set up room, audio/visual & other Faculty needs for classes
* Address additional requests from agents & direct accordingly
* Assist with Daily Office Operational needs
* Provide front desk relief
* Other Special Projects as directed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.
00 - $45,000.
