Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers
- Assist customers in finding optical frames and making purchasing decisions with industry leading selection including Ray Ban, Oakley, Coach, and Vogue.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Skills:
-Provide optical adjustments and repairs that exceed guest expectations
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical billing, senior care, physiology, optical, retail management, medical terminology, Epic, ophthalmology, sales, and medical records is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn about new products and services
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software
