New Vehicle Sales Manager

Happy Auto Group is in immediate need for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to assist us in our Grand Opening in the Rochester market! We are in need of an experienced CDJR manager! Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets - Manage and lead a team of sales representatives - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Oversee inventory control and management processes Skills: 2+years of automotive sales management experience required in addition to: - Strong organizational and leadership abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in retail math and inventory control - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Familiarity with cold calling techniques and sales prospecting - Strong negotiation and closing skills Note: This job description is a general overview of the responsibilities and skills required for the position of Sales Manager.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $125,000.
00 - $175,000.
