Job Description
Please note: This is an entry level role.
Responsible for initiating contact with prospects and customers to sell assigned product and service categories via telephone, email, and other electronic media.
Identify and qualify new business prospects and move those prospects along the sales funnel to an appropriate conclusion.
Essential Duties
Outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification.
Manage inbound leads from website, stores, campaigns, and phone inquiries
Accurately assess the customer's business, applications, and identify the best-fit RWS sales resource to follow-up on qualified opportunities.
Execute qualification process to set introduction meetings with appropriate sales resources to close RWS opportunity.
Identify, qualify, and deliver sales opportunities within Small Business.
Mid-Market and National/Global segments across Industrial RWfB portfolio.
In addition, be responsible for responding to contact initiated by customers or prospects via telephone, email, gaining an understanding of the customers’ needs or requirements, moving the opportunity towards a sale, meeting, or other relevant outcome.
Focus upon maximizing sales of RW products to existing customers by trying to cross sell or up-sell.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
(Either customer experience or sales environment preferred) This is an entry level role.

Ability to get results through influence and collaboration.
Ability to leverage a dynamic sales process.
Demonstrated ability to achieve specific and measurable goals.
Possess financial and business acumen; understands the dynamics of the business.
Strong communication and analytical skills required, including the ability to interpret challenges, and formulate pragmatic, effective recommendations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
