As the *Field Marketing Team Leader*, you will lead and manage a team which will knock on the doors of private residences to generate leads for our outside sales representatives.
Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and motivating your team to engage in face-to-face personal interaction with potential customers.
The goal is generating leads and setting appointments with qualified homeowners.

*Job Requirements*
* Be outgoing and motivated to educate the public about energy efficiency and help homeowners take action.
* Be a quick learner and able to think on your feet while managing a 7-12 person staff.
* Minimum one year of experience with canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
Management experience in these settings is a big plus.
* Have experience recruiting and hiring employees.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Be comfortable working with iPad & computer.
* Be able to work evening hours.
* Ability to work a full-time schedule, sometimes involving 50 hr.
