*Job Role* The Land Agent will play a pivotal role in assisting clients in navigating the land market, leveraging industry expertise to guide them through the buying or selling process.
The successful candidate will be well-versed in the nuances of the land market, including understanding different land types, local market dynamics, and financial aspects of land transactions.
*Responsibilities* * Establish and maintain trust with clients and landowners, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
* Conduct market research to determine land values and develop effective marketing strategies.
* Manage property listings and maintain accurate transaction records.
* Provide expert advice on land management, including soil types, topography, and wildlife identification.
* Attend industry events and stay updated on real estate market trends.
* Collaborate with the AcrePro team and other real estate professionals for successful transactions.
* Participate in training and skills-development workshops.
* Network with industry professionals and potential clients.
* Represent AcrePro at local seminars, expos, and events.
*Qualifications* * Minnesota real estate license, or ability to obtain.
* Proven experience in land sales, real estate, or related field.
* Knowledge of area land management and farming practices, rental markets, soil types, topography, and wildlife identification.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to conduct market research and determine land values.
* Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
* Team player with a commitment to AcrePro's values and mission.
* Willingness to travel and work in varied settings.
* Valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
00 - $150,000.
